Suggestions on getting Dash tight

The two screws to mount the dash do not make my dash very tight. Any suggestions on how to make the dash fit more securely. I was thinking of adding bulb seal to the edge that goes between windshield and windshield frame.

I had the same question. someone recommended Velcro and I thought it was a good idea.
