I installed Wilwood brakes and am now putting the fittings and steel bradded lines. Wilwood did not put any instructions on how to put all of this together. I think I have figured it out but would appreciate any input from guys that have these brakes and already done this. Also how tight do you twist the banjo fitting in the caliper? Hand tight, or with a tool and which tool? Sorry about my ignorance but this is my first build.
Thanks,
Chris Wood

Here are instructions:

I didn't see a torque spec. You want snug but not gorilla tight. There will be a generic torque spec out there somewhere.
I use a line wrench or a box end.

Wow, thanks for that Avalanche. I sure wish I had this info when I started. Color pictures and everything.
Thanks again,
Chris
I think you may want to check to see if you have the "rotor registration adapter" as shown in the instructions. I have an upgraded 6 piston and mine did not come with it and I am told it is not needed. Mine also came with a steel outside spacer if needed.
I am no expert by any means.

Chris,
I just saw a couple PMs you sent from MANY months ago. I answered them, but you probably don't even need it now. Sorry about that. I will check from now on.

These Wilwood PDFs are great resources and there should be somewhere to store them. They are so good I'm actually a little pissed off I didn't find them earlier. Thanks for sharing!!!!
