I have the Mk4 Kit and I prefer the look of the wider 2 inch Rollbar like was on the earlier Kits...
If anyone has one they want to sell or wants a MK4 Chrome Roll bar I would trade.

If you haven't already, take a look at the Breeze roll bar. 1-3/4 inch diameter. Right between the thick 2 inch and the thin 1-1/2 inch. Proportion looks right, and it's tipped back slightly like the originals. Does require the third leg to be welded, but then there's no external joint. Just wrapped up installing one in my Mk4 build last weekend. Really like it.
