Dash mounted switches

I am getting into wiring my car and am wondering how easy iss the reach to the dash mounted switches on the R cars. I am not sure that I can reach them while tightly strapped in. Anyone have a problem or solution I'm all ears. Thanks

I can only reach the middle of my dash with a tight harness. I had to slide the switch panel over on my dash to reach my kill switch for that reason, unfortunately taking the space I was going to use for gauges. My gauges will end up on the the center console as a result. In hindsight I would have mounted my switch panel below the dash where Chad did, keeping the dash exclusively for gauges.

I'm building an S, but with harnesses, so will have to deal with this for the stereo. I'll need to figure it out also, since I can't do this...
