Working on my fuel lines. About half way through the 90 bends the tubing starts to collapse. It happened on the steel line too. Any secrets to bending this stuff or benders that will work??

Are you using a tubing bender or trying to do hand bends? If trying by hand, you can get a tubing bender at the home stores, Harbor Freight, Northern Tools, etc. that will bend several sizes of tubing without it flatting in the bends. The 5/6" and 3/8" tubing will have a slight collapse but maintains most of its shape. If you are using a bender, perhaps you have the wrong type of tubing.

Yep. Using a bender. Had a suggestion on the other forum about using a little oil on the grooves. Tried it, and everything worked fine. Got the fuel lines complete. Thanks for the reply!!
