351 water pump

I am looking at switching from a v-belt to a serpentine belt on my 351 w/ an 84 block. It looks to me that the M-8501-C50 pump will do the job on the existing front cover.

According to the Ford Racing catalogue it will work on 1979-1985 with minor modifications.
