So I've run into an issue where my cockpit wiring is damaged beyond repair. It seems that I can find a cockpit harness for an 02 wrx fairly easily, but not an 03. Does anyone know if they would be interchangeable?

They are the same as far as I have been able to determine. The same wiring diagrams cover both years.

They are the same. 2002-2003 same, 04 is different from 02-03, 05 is different from 04, 06 is different from 06 and the 07 is different form the 06.
