Normal oil pressure for a 4.6 32 valve???

I bought a used Mk 3 abour 6mo ago with an 03 Mach 1 engine. the car runs fine has good power and has had no problems. But cold the op gauge reads 100psi, warm about 70psi. Oil temp never gets above 100-120. Anybody know the normal psi for this engine??? I may just have a bad gauge-any thoughts??

Sounds normal, actually sounds like you got a real good engine. I just rebuilt my 4.6 DOHC and it runs at 80 cold at idle. You might want to check your oil, the DOHC tend to run a thinner 5-20W oil.

Thanks for the info. The car is not using any oil and does have 5-20W, just thought I should double check with someone.
