Quick chassis dolly spacing ?

I am finishing my chassis dolly and need to know the space I should leave for the main chassis tubes. I believe the tubes are 20" on center but do not know outside total dimension. I guess if they are 4" tubes the outside is 24" but I don't want to make an assumption .

I did decide to make the dolly only 28 inches total in height. The original height was a little high for me.

Thanks. Looks like I need at least 28" with an extra two inches for the space between blocks on top of my dolly.
