What do you do in the top front with the trunk sides? Do you fold it over and attach it to the cage and flat piece? Thanks for any help from someone who has done one.

I didn't do anything specific with that area. I left it as is but when I installed the body I gently folded the aluminum top inward and noted what the fit was like. I marked what I wanted to trim off the top and when I took the body off I trimmed a little off each side then added a rubber trim piece to prevent the aluminum edge from ripping the future headliner. It is still pretty tight up against the headliner but not riveted to the frame up at the top.

Interesting question! I made the mistake of folding it over and riveting it to the triangular piece of the frame and found out after installing the body there was a large gap looking down to the wheels which could shoot water and sand into the interior. I ended up fabbing filler pieces to cover the gap. I'm with Fluge on this, leave it be and deal with it after body is on You can trim and rivet it to the body lip then.

Thanks so much. That makes sense to me.
