I'm enclosing 2 pictures of brackets/supports. I'm sure the bare steel ones are supposed to be radiator supports but cant picture where they should go..and the black painted ones ?? i dont recall seeing either one in the manual....

Its a little embarrasing to me to be almost finished and have this issue.

Correct, radiator supports (for a donor radiator I believe)
Hood Pins brackets (not necessary if you're running hinges)

FFR needs to update their build parts, lots of stuff still included that nobody uses any longer

Thanks for the quick response....So the radiator supplied in the complete kit is only supported by the bolts across the top and then the sheet metal riveted to the body at the bottom ? Seems a little lite...

Those are actually radiator fan supports. Yes, the Afco radiator is only supported as you outlined, which is why many folks put a lower crossbar in, such as the one Breeze sells or the one Jeff Kleiner makes for his builds.
