Cold Air Intake

[HCP 65 COUPE]

Im looking for a little feed back on an Idea I have and Im not sure it will work.

Is there enough space under the radiator aluminum to run a wide thin cold air duct to grab air from the main radiator opening in the nose. I have not droped the nose on lately and was thinking this may be
a workable idea. I know I can get the piping over the X bar and down to that area but not sure about the area where the nose and radiator area join up any thoughts?

shouldnt be a problem. I have a 3" flex tubing on each side down low to bring cold air into the engine bay to assist in cooling the engine and pushing out hot air. Fits good.
