Can anyone verify the list of donor parts from FFR's website is accurate? I'm about ready to tear into my donor car and my kit should be here in a week or two now.

• Front spindles with full brakes and front lower control arms
• Rear spindles with brakes and e-brake handle/cables
• Steering rack, tie rod ends, and upper steering column assembly
• Pedal box and throttle pedal
• Master cylinder and brake booster, and clutch master cylinder
• Engine with turbo and intercooler (if WRX model)
• Exhaust manifolds, O2 sensors, and down tube
• Transmission
• Rear lower control arms, toe links, and CV joints
• Front seats, front seat belts, and gauge pod
• Fuel pump
• Radiator
• Wheels and tires
• Door hinges, rear w/ latches, strikers, and inside door handles
• Side view mirrors, left and right
• Rear view mirror
• Rear seat belts
• Fuel tank fittings, etc

there are also a couple of brackets for the e-brake cables under the center console/ carpet. Make sure you unbolt and save all pieces.

The rear seat belts (including the buckle) are the only ones you need, not the fronts.

You need the fans and shrouds that attach to the radiator. Also, the complete wiring harness and all related computers (there are several, though many can be deleted)

I'm going from memory, so there may be more, but your list looks good. And I second what Tom said - stockpile those bolts, even the ones completely unrelated to parts you are taking.

i grabbed something like this (closer to the 10 compartment version) from Menards to keep the massive influx of bolts sorted by size. Subaru is pretty good about only using about 4 or 5 different diameter bolts and each size all with the same thread pitch.

Good idea. I did think ahead on this one though and ordered a bunch of these: http://www.schallercorporation.com/plastic-boxes/ to fill up all the drawers of an old craftsman toolbox that I have long since outgrown:

I used the intercooler mounting bolts to pop the rotors off of STIs when they were rusted to the hubs. It was the easiest bolt to pull when doing oil/brakes/general maintenance. The rotors had threaded holes in them you could use to back them off if rusted. Japanese motorcycles are built much the same way with regard to using the same fasteners all over so that the miniscule tool kit with the bike can be used to do everything to the bike except overhaul the engine.
