So the latest problem, TKO600, Quicktime Bell housing. Having a hard time getting into the gears. Once I play with it a little they will go in (when the car is off) When the car is on it gets worse. I am thinking the worse, I think that I need to remove the trans and get in the bell housing and adjust the bolt that helps the clutch fork pivot. Right now I have adjusted the clutch cable so much that the fork hits its opening on the bell housing. If I adjust that "pivot bolt" in the bell housing I think I can get a better angle and more play for the clutch to engage. Anything else it could be? Really don't want to pull the trans.

Is the trans hard to shift because it is stiff (not broken in yet) or because the clutch is not properly engaging? You will need to determine this before recommending a proper course of action.
A new tko600 can be hard to shift and may require break-in before shifting smoothly (my tko600 was hart to shift before break-in - several trips at various rpm - change trans fluid after break-in). Be very careful shifting through the gears with the engine not running as the shifter forks may become misaligned (this occurred to me and there is an easy fix if this occurs - search forum).
You may want to place the car on jack stands to confirm the clutch is properly engaging (wheels rotate freely while in clutch is engaged and trans in gear). If the clutch is functioning properly then you are dealing with a stiff trans which needs to be broken in before loosening up.
If it the clutch is not properly engaging, you will need additional assistance from other forum members.
Hope this helps.

going to adjust pivot bolt in bell housing....see if that fixes it.
