The wilwood kit that came with my subaru had button head bolts and the recommendation to use loctite on the front brakes. I sourced an ARP set of bolts with the proper threads so that I would be able to safety wire those bolts. It may be overkill but I would rather be safe than sorry on track.
I used the necessary bolts for my front rotors and still have enough to do another set of front rotors for any 818 builders looking to do the same. FYI, the rear rotors come with bolts suitable for safety wiring but have a different thread.
The set cost me $100 shipped. I'm looking for $40 shipped for the other half of the set. Comes with necessary washers.
