Hi guys, I'm an Airforce technician on his last tour before retirement. I hail from Trenton, Ontario, Canada, and have been following FFR for years now. I intend to build one for myself within the next 2 years or so. Glad to see the new forum, and I look forward to getting to know everyone.

and Lucky have you seen the local transportation of one large vehicle with 2 to 3 vehicles on top, my nephew sent a pic of this pretty impressive and funny how they can keep the damn things on top without rolling over.

No training at Hawthorne. Fort Polk is the largest training area for coming to Afghanistan, they have a little country set up out there with towns, villages, operating post, role players, ect. We went out there for a month before coming here.

Back in 68 Fort Polk, LA was the home to Tiger Land. That's where Viet Nam training took place before being shipped over. Had villages set up like Nam. Good Luck in Afghanistan and stay safe..........Charlie
