My inspection is set for Tuesday and everything is working except my speedometer.

The light will turn on inside of the dial, but the needle wont move while it's moving and the display shows nothing. I would assume when the key is on that display might have something on it. I have not touched any of the wiring since I got it back from whitby aside from attaching lights to the body. I have attached an image of how it is currently wired up. Any suggestions?

I read the info here about grounding the gray wire, but I wanted to post my question first before I mess with it.

It doesn't sound like the unit is getting power except for the light (different circuit). According to my schematic, the green wire upper left is for the signal from your sender (2 wire sine wave type). The grey wire lower left should be the +12v source. I would not hook those up without verifying the label on the back of the speedo with each terminal first though. Mine is an older unit but the wiring is pretty similar over the years. You didn't say but was it working before you sent it off to Whitby's? If so then you should check the ground for the speedo and the sender. If I remember correctly from pre calibration time, I think I got a display of numbers on the odometer but needle didn't work. Good luck, WEK.
