Well a lot has happened in the last 3 months, so I will kind of recap. I fell prey to corporate America's downsizing which eliminated my job position in March. This was rather unexpected. On a positive note the week after being let go, I received my American citizenship having lived here for 21 years it was high time for me to make that step!!. Since then I've been able to spend a bit more time then usual to work on the Coupe, which explains more of my progress lately. Oh yeah, and then there was the job hunt of course. I was able to secure a new position with a company in California. Which means we will be moving in the near future. So finally this ramble leads up to the question I'm wanting to ask; Who can recommend a company that will transport cars across the country? I need to transport my car and the unfinished Coupe (that drives).
Got one quote for $1,900 each which seems a little pricey so thought I'd check with you all.

Thanks,

John

don't think Stuart does that right?

Congratulations on the new job, what part of California are you moving to? That price for moving your vehicles seems about right, a friend just moved from California to Arkansas and he paid $1800 each for three vehicles.

Stewart and Intercity are both forum sponsors and ship completed vehicles.

Where are you moving to?

Congratulations on your new job. You sure are going to a good place for exercising that coupe! Hope you get to work on it more soon. Good luck, WEK.

Thanks guys,

We are moving to Tehachapi between Bakersfield and the Mohave dessert. Little town, but the job is a good one so had to move on it.
Lot's of little mountain roads that are waiting for a coupe roar though......just need to finish it first!!
