Help, I am running a Autometer Gauge with a 2-wire sender. I have 1 GREEN wire going to the sender and the other wire grounded to the frame. I completed the initial calibration prior to driving however the needle does not move. I did try and swap the wires and still no needle movement. I have the gray wire NOT connected as directed by Factory Five.

I believe that part of the calibration requires driving the car for 2 miles. Was this done?

Yeah. I thought that was a trick question about the calibration. My gauge is much older than yours, I'm sure but I thought they still required the driving the measured mile (in this case 2 miles) to determine accuracy. But with technology going forward leaps and bounds, I figured they had found a way! The other thing are both the sender and gauge grounded? You should only need one wire from the gauge to the sender from the terminal marked "signal". WEK.

Note: Did the needle move to each position as outlined in the instructions? If it did you are probably hooked up right but maybe need to recalibrate or check sensor.

The green wire goes to the speedo and grey wire to ground.
