That master only has a single output and works as part of a dual/balance bar type setup. What you want for the stock pedal box is a tandem master cylinder with outputs for both front and rear. The bore size also should also be picked to match the caliper sizes, for most stock mustang front calipers and single piston rear calipers we use 15/16" from a 1994 Mustang Cobra.
