door hinge stop?

I think this is referring to the aluminum door panel covers that go by the handles. Is this correct?

There is a steel piece from FFR that bolts on top of the hinge. Has two bolt holes and a finger tab.

Correct. The door stops are smaller and more stingray shaped, with two holes and a tab that turns up.

ebrake cable mount should come from the donor. See the disassembly section of the manual for a picture.
