I am going to powder coat once I'm sure any mods are done to the frame. The few that I recall are
Seat mounting
Shifter mounting locations
What else everyone?

Seatbelt anchor points if you ever intend to run a 5/6 point harness.

You also might want to consider welding some nuts into the frame to make the body panels bolt-on. Rivnuts are OK, but they don't sit quite flush. On the other hand, these thing hold way better than you would expect:

Have you looked into a simple hitch/bumper like what some of the hot rod guys are doing? Just throwing it out there.

I'm using some low profile 10-32 rivnuts. Still not perfectly flush, but better than the standard height 1/4-20 rivnuts.

If you have an 818S, you may need to have seat belt anchor tabs welded in anyway. So far only the R frame set even has any anchoring tabs on it.
