IRS alignment specs

I can find front alignment specs but what is recomended for the rear IRS on a MK3 and front also if they are different because of the IRS. Thanks

I have seen several folks say they set their IRS at -.5 camber and 1/16 toe. This where I have my MK3 IRS set.
