Welcome to the forum. Financing has been discussed in the past with various answers. I would not recommend doing it, but that is just my opinion. Maybe someone will answer your question better than I did.

Probably the easiest way to finance would be by using a home equity line of credit if you are a homeowner. Since a kit does not have a title I think it would be hard to get a loan for one by normal financing methods.
