Wisconsin Dells Automotion Car Show – May 17-18:
Factory Five President Dave Smith is travelling out to the heartland to join Jo Coddington as a special guest at the Wisconsin Dells Automotion car show. The event draws over 1,200 cars and kicks off the mid-west car show season. If you are in the Wisconsin area, we hope to see you there as we unveil the All-Womens 427 build car that is going to debut on “Detroit Muscle” on the same weekend! Click here for more info. Carlisle Import and Replica Nationals – May 16-18:
We’ve been attending the Carlisle Import & Replica Nationals since 1995. This show is one of the original kit car and replica shows that highlights most of the replica or kit car manufacturers. This year, Factory Five customers take the spotlight as our massive display booth will be taken over by cars built by customers (and better looking than our own factory cars!). Join the Factory Five crew and customers at the 2014 Carlisle show. Click here for more information. (http://www.carsatcarlisle.com/carlisle-events/carlisle-import-kit-nationals/default.aspx)

Factory Five Open House – June 14:
This year is our 17th Annual Factory Five Open House and we are keeping the same great format. It is a one day show that includes car show awards, plant tours, live music, our famous Scratch And Dent Sale, free food (hot dogs sort of qualify), and this year, we will be unveiling our all-new 289 FIA replica!

The entire Factory Five crew will be on hand to answer any of your questions and to show off all of your questions. Join us for this fun Saturday-only rain or shine, open to the public event.

London C-car Show – June 21-22:
The largest gathering of C-car replicas on the planet each year is the London C-car Show. Registration fees and promotional sales benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (a great cause) and the show has something to do for everyone over three full days with the biggest day being the Saturday Main Street gathering and cruise. The crew from Factory Five will be there with our big rig and Roadsters and we hope to see you there! Click here for full details on this year’s London C-car show. (http://www.londoncobrashow.com/)

Just might have to make that trip... it's only one tank of diesel each way from the Midwest in the VW.

Is the open house the 7th or the 14th? Your post says both.

Dave,

I'll be bringing my coupe to the Open House this year. Really looking forward to my first time at the Open House.

I see you mention you will have the Roadsters in the trailer for display at the London C-Car Show. Any plan to save a space for the 818?

Not planning to attend the full weekend this year, but I may drop in for the day of the London Show itself so I can finally see the 818 in person (before all the pieces of it show up at my house in September!). Thanks!

With two events in Ohio (LCS and Bills new show) this is a challenge but since the other show is kits, it might make a lot of sense to send the 818 out on the truck and split efforts. This can be tough, but we also dont want to let anyone down.

Hi FFR,

A good friend of mine and I are planning on driving to the Wisconsin Dells for the arrival of the 2014 Hot Rod Power Tour on Friday the 13th of June. (Weather Permitting!) I'll be driving my '33 FFR Hot Rod (#007 w/~10K miles) and my friend will be driving #2611 Challenge Series car (probably in excess of 10K miles).

Is FFR going to be displaying? and if so, could we crowd in for parking with you guys? We planned on arriving about mid-Morning and will stick around most of the day.

Best regards,
Tom Veale

Hi Tom,

We've got room in our display for one more Hot Rod at the Wisconsin Dells stop on the Power Tour.

what's the verdict - did an 818 sneak on to the truck for the Turn Key Nationals/London C-Car Show twin events? I'm heading down anyway. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised, but I'm excited no matter what.
