Anyone tried this combo yet?

My donor came with Kosei K1 TS rims. They are all 17x8 with 45mm offset. I'd like to keep and use them. They look good, so why not.

For tires I am looking at

Front - 215/45R17

Rear - 245/40R17

This keeps my fronts just under 25", gives me an extra 30mm width in the rear, and all fit on 8" wide rims.

Will the extra 5mm of offset hurt me?

Anyone see any problems with this setup?

(I am building an 818S with a stage 1 WRX engine. Not get crazy....yet)

From what I've read, you might have slight rubbing at full lock in the front, you might consider 215/40 instead to get you closer to 24" OD in front for extra clearance. That's what I'll be doing; however 45s should fit. I would think they should clear the trailing arms in the rear if they came off the donor, however, that offset might look a bit tucked under the fender wells, but that's only an aesthetic issue that could be addressed with wheel spacers for a little wider track.
