Best in Show – ’33 Hot Rod was delivered to the customer exactly one year ago!

The 2014 Huntington Beach Cruise-In was a HUGE success! We’ll be posting many more photos tomorrow, but the best coverage so far has come from Michael Harding at Rod Authority. Michael posted full event details and HUNDREDS of killer photos complete with part specifications, customer quotes, and show results. Click here to read the full article on RodAuthority.com. Very nice write up about the event!

David H, I know that you really like that blue MKIII, but there is a photo of my BOSS 302 included!

Thanks FFR for a fantastic event and I am looking forward to 2015.

That '33 is really awesome. I hope the builder posts some more pictures!

Looked like a great day, and that some incredible cars were on display. What a great event. My hat is off the organizers. I know how much work goes into creating events like this, and to pull it off (with even the weather cooperating), is quite a feat. Well done to each of you.

Thanks to all the folks who have posted pictures. I have enjoyed seeing all of the great builds!

Regards,

Steve

Mad Dog is working thru 1000 photos and I'm writing up the event which, for us, included the prep, Honey Badger stories, testing with Hot Rod Magazine and a trip to Leno's garage. The event was fun beyond words. We are getting to the point where we are struggling to cover shows and events around the country, but this one, while expensive, is close to my heart. Doug and Dave worked tirelessly on this event and Dave Hodgkins is personally responsible for driving us Factory Five guys like pack mules to make sure we stick with the HB cruise-in! Great time. John, I'll have our stuff up today.

I was looking at the time stamp on this post, and was asking myself....Self does this guy ever sleep

I like the '33 hotrod, but it isn't for me. However, that one above is the way ALL hotrods should look.

Holy cow. That's a great looking car.

Ended the day without posting our full "5 days in So cal" report. Mad dog did a hell of a lot of editing photos and I'll have them posted monday.
