I was researcing/reading on Forum post about the Billboard Tires and the post said the equivalent Radial size for the GoodYear Billboards would be 245/60/15 Front & 295/50/15 Rear.

Most folks I see that are Running 15 Radials are running 235/60/15 in the front.

I like the more full (Ballony) look of the Billboards but not the known issues, Flat Spots, Hard to Balance, Car hunting, Non DOT approved...etc

Is anyone running the 245/60/15 and 295/50/15 Setup in BFG or Mickey Thompson? Any pics? any issues with rubbing?

I plan to get as close to the Billboard size I can in a Radial and mount them inside out and then paint the GOODYEAR EAGLE Billboard letters on with a stencil... from:

At least that is what I'm considering???

I'll post my results if I do it!

Thanks!

Michael

I plan on using those size tires and they will fit without any issue. I will be using the Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/R. Reviews say these are much better than BFG and even the Mickey S/T. They have a directional tread pattern though, which is a shame because I liked the idea of reversing them and stencilling.

That's what I'm using; not on the road yet, though. For me, was a good combination because the two sizes are the same diameter, a plus when opting for ABS.
