Moving closer and closer to a final decision on weather or not to build a factory five. The soft deadline is in about three weeks. I am a sophmore in highschool and the goal of the project is to spend my summer and part of my junior year building a car with my father. Obviously this isnt a normal car and some issues are still at discussion. If you have any insight to any of the following subjects I would love to hear from you. Safety; this is a big one but I think my selling point for this is they are about equal to a early mustang safety wise.
Insurance cost; hopefully relatively inexpensive that lets us drive the car more than just a tiny bit a year.
Driveability; can you drive a 33 over a speedbump... backroads? Bumpyish roads? K live in a small community with slower speedlimits and careful drivers which helps the safety aspect but how driveable is the 33
Any other thoughts are greatly appreciated.
P.s. we went to huntinton beach this weekend (all the way from Washington) and I was blown away with how helpful you guys were. Thank you. Also the 33s look even better in person.
