Okay, so many of us have had good experiences dealing with ********** and we know they have great quality parts. Well, I recently had an experience with them that goes above and beyond. I had a part that I was trying to modify, but it wasn't intended to be taken apart and put back together and a couple of tabs would break each time I tried. I bought quite a few parts trying to make this work before calling a bunch of suppliers, including **********, to see if I could get either just the piece I needed or, at least, an unassembled part. Well, Jackie to the rescue and just a few days later I had a brand new unassembled part that enabled me to make the modifications I needed. She worked with the supplier to get this and had it drop shipped directly to me. Now that's service!!!!
