I bought an LS2 Harness & Computer Kit for my GTM, from Factory Five. When I bought the kit, I specifically mentioned that my Engine had the 58x Reluctor. So I received the harness kit, thinking that I had the correct pieces. So I sent the Computer to be reflashed, and had the harness re-worked in order to fit the GTM layout.
I learned today that my computer and harness (that have been installed and wired) aren't even compatable with my LS2. Since I've re-worked both, I can't return them for the 58x set up. So I am looking at buying another harness and computer (3rd) for my car.
Is there someone who can help me with the correct part numbers that I should use? (Including MAF Sensor that matches the correct harness connector).
I need a solution fairly quick, so your suggestions would be appreciated.

Mike,
I purchased a harness and computer for my crate LS3 from SMC Performance http://www.smcperformance.com.
Sean at SMC was extremely helpful.. My harness came pre-wired to fit the GTM exactly - set up for the switched valve covers and flipped intake, with long leads for the accelerator, and it's own little fuse block that I installed adjacent to the chassis harness fuse block. The engine harness was wrapped beautifully. And the proof is in the pudding - my first start on Saturday was flawless. They can also supply any sensors etc. you might need.

I spoke to John Spears (Speartech), and he told me what to look for.
Apparently I have an "E67" computer, which is actually compatible with the LS2 w/58x Crankshaft Reluctor wheel.
So I guess I was given bad information initially. John said that GM Performance Parts doesn't sell the 24x compatible computer/harness kit. It was used only on initial C6 production vehicles. So when I asked Jeff to check the marking on the computer, he saw that it is in fact an E67. That and the E38 are compatible with the LS2 that has the 58x Crankshaft Reluctor wheel.
I was told, on the LS2 Forum, that if you have three connectors on the Computer Module, you have an E40. This is what led to my original frustration... This is not entirely correct.
John said that the way to visually tell if you have the E40 or the E38/E67 is by the size and orientation of the connectors.
From left to Right:
Large, Small, Large = the E40
Small, Large, Large = the E38 or E67
Also, if you look at the top right of the computer (between the 2nd or 3rd fins) you can see a casting number of E38 or E67. You may have to disconnect the connectors to see it though.
I hope that this helps others to make sense out of the computer/harness confusion that comes along with the LS2 Crate motors that have either 24x, or 58x Crankshaft reluctor wheels.
