OK, so I have my appointment with B A R tomorrow and I wanted to know if a PCV was required. And is there any other advice you could pass on. Yes I have the SPCN certificate.

I just finished with the BAR at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga and the PCV was required. Make sure you have a type IV breather with the hose going to the air filter. It might vary per location but it was required when I went.

I am going to same location. What is type four breather? Now I have PCV going to air cleaner.
Make sure that the hoses from the breather to the valve are fuel/oil rated. I know some builders that have failed because they had water/air rated hoses.

I have the valve direct to the valve cover then to the air cleaner with fuel line. Will that work?
