Having the work at eye level and in a comfortable position makes a lot of difference. My welding goes to hell when I am in an awkward position. So that's got to be a useful tool.

Looks similar to the one that Eastwood carries, probably made by the same company. They are selling theirs for $149. I've had my eye on it for a while, probably have to pick one up. Thanks for posting.

Do those legs pivot so it becomes a flat package that could be hung on a wall?

The legs fold together so it's pretty flat.
