Parts are cut, tumbled, ready to go, and $8 cheaper than originally estimated :)

Zero Decibel Motorsports Radiator Supports

What:
Upper radiator support made from aluminum. Factory rubber radiator support fits snugly into the bracket for perfect fitment with your radiator.

Why:
FFR's setup reuses the stock stamped steel supports cut in half and rotated 180deg. It's functional, but doesn't look too pretty. If you need to raise your radiator to clear the steering rack bellows the top of the radiator is no longer planar to the mounting surface on the front subframe. The steel pieces don't work as well if the radiator is much higher that the frame. When you remove your hood, these are the first pieces people are going to see.

Cost:
$30.

Shipping
Cheapest is the $5.80 flat rate box. The coolant bracket, ABS plates, carbon fiber plates, and the radiator plate can all fit in one flate rate box.

Includes
2 laser cut aluminum brackets
2 machined aluminum standoffs
2 stainless steel bolts (fits FFR supplied rivnuts)

*Side Note:
Customers will need to measure actual height from top of radiator to top of subframe. Actual length needed will be supplied to ensure proper fitment.

Craig,

If we give you those requested measurements, are you adding in the factor for the thickness of the bushing? Or do you need to know the distance from the top of the radiator support to the middle section of the bushing?

I will compensate. Makes it easier.

Cool. I'm @ .520".

Payment sent! Do you still have my mailing address from last time?

I do. I have a spreadsheet I keep all that stuff on so I don't go crazy. I'll try to get the standoffs machined today so I can ship it tonight or tomorrow.

Thanks!

Craig, do you offer a spacer set for the bottom of the radiator as well, or is Rori the only person doing that? So far my search has only resulted in bottom spacers available from Rori, and the top spacers from yourself. I'll continue searching though.

Cheers,

Dave

I made my own bottom spacers for my car. Rori is making bottom spacers to sell to others. For things like this I don't see a need to compete directly with other people if I'm not providing something that someone elses part does.

Rori's part is also cammed. I noted my radiator didn't fit quite perfectly. The Cam system will let you adjust for wider/narrower spacing.

Aha, that is exactly what I needed to know. I'll need two sets of uppers from you, and two sets of downers (whoops, lowers) from Rori to balance it out. Good to know. Thanks!
