I have the panhard bar clevis' screwed in to a single thread on both ends so the bar is probably within 1/8" or so of its shortest possible setting. Even at this shortest panhard bar lenght the drive shaft flange on the rear end appears to be 1/4" to 1/2" shifted to the right. Has anyone encountered that before? I assume the U-joints on the drive shaft will absorb the offset but it is a bit disconcerting to see the rear end a bit off center. Thanks!

The panhard bar centers the wheels left to right in relation to the body. Don't worry about it until the body is mounted.

the pinion is not in the center of the rear
as mike says center the rear after the body is on
