Anyone come up with a way to wash the 818? It isn't like you can power spray it. Are people just designing the interior to be washed as well?

Bucket and a chamois? That does it for my MkII and Bugeye Sprite, which hasn't worn its top in.... hmmm... Bush was President. The first Bush.

They don't get that dirty without rain, so it likely won't be very dirty to begin with. I'll try to set mine up so it won't be a disaster if it gets hit with a stray rain shower, but I'm not going too far out of my way.

Just wash it and be careful where you point the hose....been doing it with the cobra for years!

There is also optimum no rinse if you're worried about using a hose around your open cockpit. Optimum no rinse is a great product that I've used off and on for a few years when needed. Also does not leave swirls in your paint after washing.

Optimum No Rinse. A bucket. A sponge.

Suggest the front of the car be higher then the rear...otherwise any water on the truck deck will end up behind the seats...

I have washed many open cars over the years with just a bucket of soapy water and a hose. The roadster interior gets wetter when I get caught driving in the rain than it does when washing!
