818s ---- clutch master cylinder wont fit under the frame any solutions?

my clutch master cylinder came from a 2002 impreza TSwagon
did anyone else have this problem? What was your solution?
Is there more than 1 type of clutch master cylinder by subaru that would work?

I don't believe any of the non-turbo ones fit, my 07 didn't, and another member with an earlier model had the same issue. You can use the res from a wrx.

Or, since the windshield surround is pretty close making access tight for refilling, the remote reservoir mount kit that Michael Everson's put together might be worth considering. That's the route I went down.
