818 rear irs bracket assembly drw 80254 problem

i am assembling my rear irs brackets and found that they interfere with the brake lines coming out of the wheel cylinders on both sides.
My donor car is a 2002 impreza TS wagon 2.5 n/a motor with drum type rear brakes
Have you experienced this condition?
