Talked to Future Weld in PHX today about anodizing my hub spinners. He would like to know what type/grade aluminum they are made of (apparently makes a difference in how they are treated to get the correct color. These: http://www.factoryfiveparts.com/halibrand-replica-wheel-right-hand-threaded-spinner/

If no one knows, I'll call FFR in the morning.

Called FFR, talked to Jay. While I was on the phone he called the mfg.; they are cast, but will dig for the grade and call back. Will let all know here when I get the answer.

Haven't gotten the call back yet, but did talk to the anodizer and he said "cast" was all he needed to know.

IF they are cast aluminum they are most likly A-356 but somtimes parts that get polished get cast from a differant alloy. Most aluminum castings are A-356 tho.
