Handbrake - may be a dumb question

I am adding Baer brakes all round my build and was wondering if I need to do anything specific for the handbrake with the rear discs? I don't even know how the handbrake works on the FFR - does it operate the calipers or lock the diff? This is an unbelievably steep learning curve for me so go easy on me!

The stock parking brake works on the calipers. The bear kit should come with complete instructions.

These cars are relatively easy to work with. The FFR design is really good. Get a good repair manual for a '90 Mustang and you'll be set.
