San Diego Club House

I just ran across this ad on craigslist and thought it would be a great place for a club house for car builders. I can't justify the expense of renting it on my own, but if I could find some 818 garage mates.:)

That's kinda cool. I've been looking for a "clubhouse" situation as well. I'm in OC though. At the price these guys want, you'll have to a few guys to justify the cost. Good luck!

Nice space, but way out in BFE (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=BFE)! I''m building in a friend's garage in San Marcos, and have a 10'x10' storage unit for body panels and parts. It's a bit of a pain not having everything at home, and would be much more so having to get all the way out to Rainbow (almost in Riverside County).

What's the saying... Location, location, location. Like Lee said Rainbow is way to far almost an hour drive. My son has friends in the military, some of the bases have hobby garages where military and their friends can rent a lift at the garage for the day. Not good for everything but handy when swapping a clutch and such.
