#8184 Lives!

I apologize in advance for no video but I don't know how to compress a quicktime video to upload to the forum. Anyhow #8184 fired up last night and I couldn't resist a quick spin in the driveway at 0F. The 306 from Mike Forte sounds awesome and the experience for the kids and I ( they were both packed on the passenger side) was better than I ever imagined!!! A little ahead of where I thought I would be after my November delivery but still a long way to go.
Thanks to all on this forum as it truly is a community build. If anyone has suggestions on how to compress/ upload my video I would love to hear them!

Congratulations! Huge milestones. First start and go-kart on the same day.

You need to upload the video to an external site, like YouTube, Photobucket, whatever. Then link to the forum. I don't think you can compress enough (nor would you want to) to upload directly into forum storage.

Steve I am looking forward to building my MK4 with my son as well or at least spending time together having him hand me tools. He will be four so need to keep him safe but I am sure he is going to love the process as much as me.

My Boy is 8 and my girl 6. Hard to keep them focused for real long on the build but there will always be upgrades in the future!
