The second round of quotes are in, and the numbers are much better.

Zero Decibel Motorsports ABS Delete Plates

What you get:
Set of 4 ABS block off plates (Aluminum plates, Delrin plugs)
Stainless hardware

What it does:
If you delete the ABS and remove the sensors you're left with a hole in the front knuckle and the rear backing plate. This mounts to the factory sensor bolt hole and plugs the holes.

Cost:
$22 without delrin (solid aluminum plates)
$48 with delrin

How to order:
Email me at zerodbmotorsports@gmail.com
Send me a PM on the forum

There is approximately a 2-3 week lead time for the first set of parts.

(sorry for the bad cell phone shots, I'll get better ones later)

Looking good, I might get a set if I cant figure out my abs, also do you have any updates on the dipsticks? And also how about your shifter bracket you posted about awhile ago. Any updates or plans on making some... ;)

Dipsticks are at the same shop as the oil caps/tubes. He was half done when I stopped in on Tuesday.

I do have another option for these plates that is much cheaper. If people wanted them without the delrin plug I can have them made as plain aluminum plates. The plug mostly helps to prevent rotation but if torqued down enough or used with a star washer, it shouldn't move.

Cost for just 4 plates would be $22.

For clarification, if I did not want to run ABS, I can just cut the sensor wires and leave the sensors in the factory location, correct? This item is just if you desired to completely remove the ABS sensors for a cleaner install?

I'm sure Mechie will answer, but I bought these from his as well as a few other items. Yes, there is no reason you couldn't just leave your sensors in. However, these are essentially free if you are able to sell your existing sensors.

If you do decide to leave your sensors in, I would suggest you at least remove them and clean them while you have easy access. They are magnetic and may be covered with lots of nastiness.

Bompus, yes you could. This provides a little cleaner look and lets you sell the sensors vs rendering them inoperable.

Not sure if you have already - but you may want to offer these to the WRX/STI guys too. I would've gladly picked these up had I not made my own... and BTW, I believe you converted my Prodrive WRX cluster to blue LEDs a few years back - good work! ;-)

Axelthrasher........sounds familiar.

Did you have a Worx Tuning catback on your car back in 2006/2007 era?
