View Full Version : Utah 818
We finally got the call from the Stewarts driver. This Thursday the 1st (I think) 818 delivered to Utah will be dropped off.
Yeah. Now I just need to get my shoulder working so I can get it together. PM me if you wold like to come look at it.
We got another call today. We were suppose to get a delivery time today, instead the truck is broke down in Omak, Washington. Looks like Friday or Saturday now.

I wish he was dropping off my coupe while he was here in Utah! Mine will be finished Monday and now just waiting for a delivery date from Stewart. Can't wait to get my own straight jacket and start the build.
Where is our 818? Still no word from the driver. Guess that is the trouble with breaking down in a small town out in the middle of nowhere.
Still waiting for the call!
YEA! Driver has made it to Boise, ID 6 hours away. I'm expecting a call in a few hours!

Isn't it amazing how much we revert to being like children on Christmas day? Have fun opening the boxes!

Mine got delivered Tuesday by Stewart. I'm just South of Seattle. He mentioned he was hoping to get yours delivered on your birthday but was not able to. :/
3:30 PM Hope the truck stays together
right on time.
818 #081 is in the garage. Now I just need to get my shoulder working (P&T)light delay, and we will begin building.

My Coupe will have seen more of this country than I have by the time it is finally delivered. Stewart picked it up February 1st. It go to Arizona in about three days where it has been sitting ever since. They tell me the truck has been broken. It's finally fixed and leaving today with my kit but headed to California, Washington state, Montana and then down to Utah sometime hopefully by the end of next week. Ironically, it likely drove through Utah a mile away from my house on its way from FFR to Arizona to be put on another truck and then a tour around the country. This seems like madness!! I don't think I would use Stewart again.
