i found a pod face plate on ebay they have several options cost about $20

I had bought 2 different ones - both off ebay for my 2002 WRX when I had it. The first was kind of junk and had lots of fade or dead spots after about 6 months. The 2nd, however, lasted ~5 years and was very nice looking right up until I sold the car.

For a $20 investment, definitely worth the risk either way if you like the look. I went with white faces on both. Wish I could remember the specific "brands" or sellers.
