Hey guys...

THIS ENGINE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SOLD! Thanks for looking! A local Mustang builder has purchased the engine for their Eleanor fastback build, it should be a sweet car when done!

I hate to do this, but I really could use the money and if I don't sell this it might be the Roadster I put up here next. This is a complete 351W built a couple of years ago that was meant for another project. We started on the Roadster build instead, then moved right into the '68 Mustang we're building now. I had thought of using this engine in the '68, but there's no way my son needs this kind of power, plus we decided to do the whole modular engine swap deal. I was holding onto this thinking I'd build something after the Mustang (maybe a Maverick or a Falcon) but the way things are at work I don't see another project car coming anytime soon, plus we really need to catch up on some major bills and get a few things for my son when he heads off to college this fall. Thanks for looking...

Stock 351W block, fully prepped and bored .040-inches over (360ci)
Stock Ford 351W crankshaft, .010-inches under on mains/rods
Ford rods, shot peened and ARP rod bolts installed
Probe forged pistons w/ Perfect Circle rings, 8.9:1 compression
Completely balanced (crank/rods/pistons/damper)
Edelbrock Performer EFI 351W intake
Accufab 75mm throttle body/EGR spacer
42 lb/hr Ford Racing fuel injectors
High-flow billet fuel rails with AN fuel line connections
Edelbrock Performer cylinder heads
Probe 1.6:1 full roller rockers
Professional Products SFI rated balancer
Elgin flat tappet camshaft (.496/.520 lift, 224/234 duration, 112 lobe center)
Engine is machined for roller cam if a cam swap is desired
Double roller adjustable timing chain and gear set
Manley pushrods
Pro Mustang 7-quart oil pan
Melling high-volume pump with Probe Ind. HD drive shaft
MSD EFI distributor and 8.5mm Super Conductor plug wires
Complete Fel-Pro gasket set
Edelbrock water pump
Coast High Performance cast aluminum valve covers
Paxton NOVI 2000 centrifugal supercharger with all brackets
Stock 1G “early” Ford alternator with serpentine pulley

Dyno numbers:

515hp at 5,000 rpm

541tq at 5,000 rpm

This was with the stock blower pulley. More tuning and more boost should easily see 600HP. Engine only has dyno time on it and has never been installed/run in any vehicle. It is sitting on a pallet with engine mount brackets ready for shipping if needed, but am hoping for semi-local buyer (wiling to drive a couple of hours to meet).

Supercharger is not installed (was easier to ship this way) and comes boxed with all small parts (filter, belts, fuel management unit, etc.) or can be assembled for local delivery. To be complete for installation the engine will need engine mounts, clutch or electric fan, serpentine belt self tensioner and a few small items. The engine does NOT come with EFI computer or wiring harness, but all engine mounted sensors are in place. Simply connect a retrofit or stock Ford wiring harness to it and pick up a Ford EEC-IV ECM.

This engine would easily run 10K (without supercharger!). I would like to get 6K for everything, but will entertain offers. Not looking for any trades. Please reply or PM with any questions. Thanks...

OK, just bumping it up for any new forum visitors...

I really could use the money. Bills stacking up, need tires now for my Mustang, the Ranger we got my daughter needs a bunch of work, etc.

Any questions just PM or post...

Thanks for looking...

Any interest in selling just the supercharger? Are the brackets custom fabricated?

Thanks,
Pete

The supercharger kit is the standard Paxton Novi setup for a Fox Mustang with all stock cast/machined brackets, nothing custom was used nor needed except for a small hand fabbed arm/link for the alternator due to the taller deck height.

As for separating. I do have two (although long distance) offers right now for the whole package that I am trying to work through (shipping, etc.) so at this time I do not wish to separate. If things change I'll post as such. Thanks...

Update?

I followed up with the one who PM'd me for a shipping cost and never heard back. At this point I think both interested paries/offers have either changed their minds, or they were scammers (both had zero posts here and registered just to send a PM on the engine). So, it's still available and I still really could use the money. Holidays are coming, I want to finish my shed build, got bills to pay, and if there's anything left over maybe even take a vacation for the first time in like ten years...

One last bump for the year fellas!

Wouldn't this look great under your tree with a big red bow on it?

Thanks for looking, any questions you know how to reach me...

Just a heads up that the engine has finally sold (edited the first post). Thanks everyone for the bumps/comments.
