Has anyone registered a 33 in Connecticut?

Thinking about building a 33 hot rod, but I'm worried about registration requirements in Connecticut. Is there anyone out there that has registerd a 33 in CT? If so, were there any issues about bumpers or windshield wipers?

I was worried about that to so I called my local representative in the state legislature, told them what I was planing and asked it it would be legal and what requirements I would need to meet. They provided me links to the laws and all the information I needed. I never would have found that on my own.

Registered mine in CT October 2016, had to add clip on windshield wiper, had no problem with no bumpers
