I am very Happy, seems as 12/30 4:15 Am woke up with chest pains and sweating very bad. Called 911 and was having heart attack, so was that a bad end to 2013 or a new begining for 2014 ? I take it as a good thing or I might not be able to be on the forum.
A word to the wise, I had no prior symptons, but when woke up to pains and sweating I knew something was wrong chewed some asprin and called 911..
Don't wait, and think its indegestion CALL 911.

WOW! Glad you're OK! What is the prognosis? Do you need a lifestyle change?

Thank David, Still in hospital will get released today. Had one stent done. I had no symptoms or prior history. I don't smoke or drink so a lifetyle change would mean starting to drink and smoke. I'm not really a fast food eater either. They say this was heriditary heart disease. Artery was collapsed not clogged. But yet I dont know of any family heart problems.
As long as they dont tell me not to work on and drive cars I'll be fine.

Glad your still with us! Good info, I had a similar incident almost 5 years ago. No previous symptoms, began sweating and had what I thought was heartburn, told the boss I wanted to take the rest of the day off and go home, he said no way and dialed 911, a little while later while at the hospital I had a heart attack.
So I can confirm, Don't Wait - Call 911 right away!!!

Hi Ken...congrats on being around to post a note.... I too have a similar "thread"...1996 at 41 yrs old had a little coronary episode...4major arteries blocked, 2 were 95%. Got 3 stents..2 yrs later 2 more stents and repeat 2yrs later. In 2003 had quad bypass...so 10 yrs later, still kicking God willing and can't wait for my roadster. Pure therapy! Happy New Year and count your blessings brother!
