Jay Mann posted on some testing he did on my bump steer kit. Jay shows a laser plot taken during the testing. His post and pictures can be seen in the suspension and steering section on this site.

Based on Jays results, I will go into production late next week or early the following and will have kits available to mail shortly after that. The production version will have a shorter bump steer stud. Since Jay's car ride height is raised, I wanted to send him the longest stud possible for adjustment during the test. This will mean the spacers above the rod end bearing can go away once toe and bump steer readings are taken for a better look. Both the long and short versions of the stud will be available but I believe the shorter stud will cover any variations in ride height.

Although Jay is not complete in the analysis phase, we not have enough information to go into production. It made an obvious difference with the laser plotted.

This kit has a stainless barrel that can be polished and has a smaller cross section than aluminum kits out there for the Mustangs, so it looks better on an exposed front end like the 33.

I have read with some interest that recent '33 kits have a "new" R&P unit. I would like to know if the dimensions of the old and the new are the same? Maybe this question could be answered by the guys at Tow Road.
