View Full Version : Windshield frame before body panels?

Well, I'm about to begin installing the remote reservoir kit from Mr. Everson. The reservoir is mounted in the middle of the fiberglass trim that is attached to the windshield frame. According to the manual, this is one of the last pieces installed, AFTER all of the body panels are in place. Will I run into any issues if I install the windshield frame first?

Thanks!

Yes, the sides, then doors need to go on first.

Here's my solution but there may be other places to mount Mike's remote reservoir. This way I can remove the windshield without draining/filling/bleeding the brake system.

I like that Pete. I may do something similar. Thanks!
